Hmm.  I like some types of platformers; Car racing; Golf; Space shooter (2d or 3d) and most 3d type games.

The best place to start would be the basics. A description of all the functions of the different game creators with a sample of how the functions work. (could be a big job...)

I hope I am making some sense?

Could we Noobs have lots more tutorials? I am learning a lot by "trial and error" (mainly error  :D) , but would really appreciate either documentation; video; audio. Heck, even smoke signals! Whatever you guys can provide, would be great.

** "guys" to be interpreted as everyone in general. Sorry ladies!

The 12 signs of the Zodiac. One of them is "Pisces" (the fish). If you rotate the number "69" by 90 degrees, it looks like the two fish in the symbol used for Pisces.

(I hope I got the link right?)

Apologies. Force of habit.

Interesting response. The word "metres" and the rotated Astrological sign for "Pisces".

Can anyone tell me what the recommended size of a graphical signature should be? Thank you.

Almost forgot....

Once the graphic is imported/created, how do I use it in my Sploder games?

Pink Fedora,

Yes. I would like to use my own graphics. Created either by Sploder Graphics Creator or my own editor.

Jmc10 & Tbremise,

I had already spotted the "Export" function and created samples and saved them on my hard drive. Cool. The one thing that I did NOT see, was an "Import" function. Is it possible to import or will I have to re-create the images via the Graphics Creator? (I am leaning toward the latter.)

Import or Create, in either case, I would like to thank you all for replying with your suggestions. This noob thanks you!

Just a quick question.

The graphic characters that are created with Sploder's graphics editor, can they be incorporated into our own games?

Still learning. Expect more questions as lame as this one!

Thank you for the tip. Trial and error is what I do best. Unfortunately, it's more error than trial....  :-[

Hey guys ("guys" is intended as term of greeting),

I am new at Sploder! and looking for some step-by-step tutorials on creating the different types of games. I have seen the video of the "Puzzler" type and read through the introductory tutorials on this form, but what I am looking for, are step-by-step (video or text) tutorials.

Can anyone help by pointing me in he right direction?

Regards

Greetings,

This is my first time appearance on this forum. I enjoy games of all types (except for the games that have "time limits")

I would like to create some simple, but fun, games for my grandkids.

I look forward to "picking your brains" for any help or ideas or solutions to any problems that I may encounter.
