Oh. ._. I happen to fail at plats, unfortunately. But, I guess you just have to make up a story, and interpret it in the creator. Like, for example,

Storyline
The creaky wooden door swung open, barely on it's hinges, releasing a thick, dusty mist, surrounding his eyes, as he cautiously stepped into the abandoned mine...

Game Interpretation
Player goes through a introduction level, and then through the big wooden doors to the next level, acting as the cave doors. The next level, is the abandoned mine shaft.

The mine was dusty; unfathomable and haunting. Darkness loomed in on him every direction he turned, and cobwebs hung from the ceiling, clawing at his hair.

Add cobweb decorations. Have lots of bats. Enable darkness, have the player hold a torch as writing on the wall of the mine says the storyline.

Why had he come here? It all began with a dare back at school, with his friends. The boy didn't wish to think about that, however, right now. With his utter focus, he stepped over fallen fragments, and peered into the next corridor. He eyed a faint glow - a distant sparkle. He carefully strode to it, excited, but anxious. In a clump of loose, dusty soil, lay a gem.

 A Main site Moderator to me? What it means? A MSM is a person who keeps the main site in check, and under all regulations given, enforcing the 'law' and trying to have the site the site it should be, weeding out people who just come to make things worse. The purifiers of the website; those who make everything the way it should be. This job is important, as there are many kids on this website, and without proper moderation, they would be terribly influenced and hurt (emotionally) by people who shouldn't be there. This can be proven; if you go up to a kid in 6th grade, for example, where I am, they'd be able to speak about things they should not have learned, and talk the way they should most certainly not talk. Nobody needs more bad influences, and the MSM's job is to enforce this and help the website be friendly as well; to have a good influence.

The MSM has the power to remove/censor comments anywhere on the main site. This can be used, and should be used, to moderate messages around the MS, to keep them clean of things inappropriate that could affect anyone, such as the things you know are inappropriate, and are probably thinking of when I said 'inappropriate', right..?
And on a sidenote, I have limited knowledge of the powers of the MSM, but I got some help from others / the other people who've posted in this thread. Sorry about that, but anyway,
the MSM also has the power to ban. This is a stricter punishment and regulation to the people on the MS who don't follow the rules and do something bad. This is a CRUCIAL job, as there are the people who do bad things to an extent where censoring all their comments is not enough, and a ban is required. However, this sometimes is a dangerous job, as banning a member who did nothing wrong is not great at all. This is the same with issuing warnings, which is self-explanatory, it's a warning to the person who did something wrong.

When I would use these powers? Anytime I see an inappropriate post, profile description, username, game, or anything else. I assume the MSM's will have to do like a patrol every now and then, going around the MS searching for inappropriate things, like a policeman lurking around the city searching for a murderer.

To sum up, the MSM is an important job, and even though if he/she doesn't have to do much work, the very presence of the badge he/she bears acts as a sign; "I am an moderator. Be careful bad guys, i'm on a lookout."  c:

Stop. Can you just stop? Stop overreacting. What Beefy said about he who says he is not jealous is jealous, was probably just a joke, and if it wasn't, which I seriously doubt, you don't have to take it all seriously and go all out on somebody, just because they annoyed you. Hey, everyone in this world gets annoyed, and everyone has enemies, it's your choice, however, how you act to them. You cannot expect everyone to be perfect and act just the way you want all the time, in the fashion you want, with the words you want, liking the things you want, etc. Now why on earth did you create this thread? Just because you got tonnes annoyed at Beefy for his comment, you don't seriously expect everyone to go hate him because of that? Can you just calm down, and accept it as a joke, and go on with life, loving it, and loving the people around you? Wars aren't started because we invented weapons, wars were started because people were so hatefilled, not saying this is you, but that's not the point. Oh, we could all expect people to be perfect to us, but how much failure would come out of that. If humans would just accept each other for what they are and their personalities, how much better this place would be! Do you agree? Yes, of course you do, because in making this thread you were tired and annoyed of someone's apparent annoyingness. If you want people to change like that, be like it yourself. You were sick of people being annoying, yet you were being annoying yourself by smiting everyone who posted in this thread!

Intro
It's been a seriously long time since i've made a game, but not too long since i've attempted to, which I always fail at. This one has started off well however. I hope you stay in touch with this, and play it when it comes out, and Editors? Keep 'watchin for the release, i'm hoping to get a feature on it, though this is improbable. This isn't the most eye catching, fancy thread, but it should be updated at least once a week. Anyway;

Concept
This game is a robotic shooter. The idea is you ONLY use the saw on your robot. You begin with a small introduction to get the player familiar with the saw, and then it goes on into 3 separate courses, getting the user more familiar and improving their skills in close-combat melee. Each course focuses usually on one type of skill, such as smart movement, and with a challenge at the end.

Things Needed to be Done
It's almost all finished, I just need to ensure it is possible, that there are no spelling mistakes and no bugs. It's not in the final check up stage yet, but it's technically finished, just under testing.

Not exact, but, this game is so far 88% done.

I am completely open to all people who would like to test the game so far, and I am open to tips and advice, especially constructive criticism. If you wish to obtain the link for the game, feel free to ask me on this thread, or in a PM. I'm not going to just put out a link here for you to test, because that's just lazy for you, hmm? People ask for links to be put out, and preferably the clicky ones, but, it's time for you to stop being a potato, don't you agree?

These are the people who've tested the game, and are to be included in the acknowledgment list when it has been published. And yes, that list is to sort of convince people to test the game, thinking they will get something out of it. And I think it's a good idea anyway, so yeah...

I'm being pretty critical here, please don't take offence. c:

The projectiles shot by the droids and stuff, is it possible to put the move-in-one-direction feature on them? I'm not sure what that option is called, but, the projectiles fly around a bit, which isn't necessarily bad, but it would look better if they didn't do that. The controls, as normal, are a bit glitchy, along with the actual size of the main character, but I guess that's okay, I just think you should be careful not to make anything bigger than needed, eg the elevators, or else it could get a bit clunky. The lightsaber defence is a good idea, nice job. c: Also, the character, being a graphic, doesn't cover up the full square it's on, right..? This is a bit of a problem, because I can jump on something but have the roof hit my head, when it's not really hitting my head on the graphic, which is always annoying. I guess the only way to resolve this is to redo the graphic, but that's really, really boring. You could also outline the metal graphics to make it look separated from the background and all, but that's a chore as well... I am impressed with the large amount of graphic use, it just feels not clean enough. How about if you try to make the background greyish-black? Would that be better? I dunno...

I dunno if it's possible to have that problem solved. I mean, even if you somehow got the projectile shooter to turn with the main object, it should work as the actual shooter widget is connected to that, though maybe it doesn't change direction with the block... Hmm... I'm not too sure. Sorry. :L
