I have not made a game on the MS in a really long time, 4 months, and I decided to make a Troll Game in the Platformer Creator.

What I need is this: I am not creative, and I need creative, sneaky and really exciting trolls for a game.

So, if you would not mind, could you help me with ideas for trolls?

Debate Tower / VG Debate: Best Part of a Video Game?
« on: June 03, 2019, 11:44 pm »
When you play a video game, what are you looking for that makes it memborable and nostalgic? What do you like the most about them?

I personally always find storylines, music, and memorable characters as the most important in a video game.

What do you guys think is the best part of a video game that makes it memorable?

This original idea was by Oglee265 long ago, but Wordigirl, a member of House Leage of Society wanted this revamped, so here we go.

Make your own expression for the post above you, like your immediate reaction after seeing it.

For example:

Post A: Face Nuke- When all else fails

Post B:  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That is how it will go.

I will start:
Bilbo Baggins, the king of The Hobbits

General / My School is Falling Apart
« on: March 13, 2019, 09:29 pm »
My school was built in 1956. With the 50 and 60 degree we have had recently, the snow and ice on the lfat roof of my school has started to find it's way into the building. There are buckets, trash cans, and anything we can find to hold water from pouring through the ceiling. Our band/choir room is completely gone, it is just raining in that room endlessly. The worst thing is, it is supposed ot rain for the next week, so the problem will not be fixed.

So, I want to know, have you ever had a school experience like this? If so, what was it like?

Debate Tower / VG Debate: Is Fortnite Child Friendly?
« on: March 07, 2019, 09:17 pm »
I was asked earlier today why I hate Fortnite. I told the person, "It is not child friendly." And he questioned what "child friendly" meant.

So, what do you guys think, is it child friendly? Should it be allowed?

RPFG's, Groups, Contests and Forum Games / Drawing Skillz Showdown
« on: February 19, 2019, 09:13 pm »
Here is a game that I have thought of:

Members that join this game will be given a specific subject to draw. The participants then have a set amount of time, determined by the difficulty of the draw. As long as you meet the deadline, you can start over or add anything else that you think will enhance the drawing. Once that time expires, all the participants must submit a photo of their best drawing of the subject. The winner will be determined by the best drawing. Judging will be of; creativity, colors, and the overall "WOW" factor.

*For members of House League of Society, this will likely be a minigame or a "Bonus Time!" eventually, so this would be a good way to get in practice.

Please sign up below ans we will start when we have 2 or more participants!

"Skull Creek" by Ethan2009 is an amazing Platformer game with great characters, scenes, and blocks. So, let's get started:

Block Placement: The block placement in "Skull Creek" is quite unique. Throughout most of level one, the player has to swim and run through the dark caves. This makes for quite a unique challenge when it is really dark under all the blocks. My favorite block placement happens to be in level one also, where you have to jump along a path of three wooden posts, without falling into the water. This adds excitement and variety to the game, which makes it more fun.

Enemy Placement: Enemies are used in this game very well. The enemies allow the player to make a decision to either kill all the enemies, or dodge them and move along quickly. Theis allows the player to take the game into their own hands, and to make a decision that could effect the outcome of the game.

Decoration: Overall decoration was pretty interesting for this game. When the player is not in the water, grass and back walls can be found in large quantity. This keeps the game from becoming monotonous, which comes in handy if you decide to kill all the enemies.

Story: This game has some very interesting stories in it. For example, level one introduces you to what you must do throughout the game. You must finish a mission for a guy who has died, but you first have to find why he died. To avoid spoilers, I will just say that the game has some very unique plot details, that you must play the game to see.

Difficulty: Seeing as how the enemies are placed in areas that you can avoid them if you so choose, "Skull Creek" still is quite difficult. It's difficulty makes it all the more exciting to try to beat.

Overall Rankings:

Block Placement: 4/5
Enemy Placement: 5/5
Decoration: 9/10
Story: 10/10
Difficulty: 2/3
Overall: 30/33

This game is extremely fun and exciting. This game should be in the EGD and I hope to see it there quite soon. I hope to see you playing!

I have noticed that the news has not been updated since this forum was brought back. Can a staff member please update it?

Hello fans and participants to House League of Society! This is a game that was made by Glow, and that I took over. So, without further ado, let us get started!

The rules are quite simple! Occasionally I will create events that you guys can play. these events will have different objectives and prizes. Depending on the difficulty of an event, the rules and prizes themselves might vary from event to event.

Bonus Time!:

In some areas and times, there will be a "Bonus Time." These are miniature events will have their own rewards if you win, but they will not be as long as a normal event.

Check leaderboard for updated info about players

*If you are a person that wants to join, please post here:,341885.msg3971230.html#msg3971230

Points and Wins:

You may be asking, "What happens if we win an event?" Well, I shall tell you. If you win an event, you will receive one "Win" on the leaderboard. The person wiht the most wins when this thread dies, or the game ends, is the winner of the House. Points will be given out to those who have won "Bonus Times" or as and extra for winning an event. Points then can be used to purchase special items at the store. Like I said before, the amount of wins and points is determined by the event.

The Store:

The store is where you can spend points to get special items. The items, prices, and uses are listed below:

Wins Purchase- Cost: 1,500 Pts.- Use this to buy a win to add to the leaderboard.
Win Remover- Cost: 2,200 Pts.- Use this to remove a win from a user of your choice.
Rewinder- Cost: 5,000 Pts.- Use this to wipe the leaderboard clean and have everyone start at 0 wins again.

If you wish to purchase any of these, just post saying which one you want to buy with your points, and I will update your status for you.

Now that the rules and outlines have been put in place, let us begin!

Sploder Games / [Creators Wanted!] Labyrinth Collab
« on: January 31, 2019, 12:34 pm »
Is anyone looking for a collab idea? Well, I have one for you!

Recently, I decided I wanted to make a game with labyrinths. I still want to do that, but I will also make one of a collab of labyrinths from a bunch of people.

How it works:

Step 1. Make a labyrinth level and publish it privately. [Make sure I can copy it]

Step 2. PM me the private link.

Step 3. Post here saying you did this.

Step 4. Wait until the collab is published.

All levels most be in the Physics Creator. The player in each level most use Arcade Controls, and there should be no gravity. They all must have a time limit, and one life. If a player touches a wall, he must lose his life. Obstacles and linked objects are advised. Graphics should be used, and a background should be put in. Make them average difficulty, and get creative!

Once I have enough entries for the collab, I will test them, spice them up, and make a game with all the labyrinths from a bunch of people on my profile.

When I said, "Spice it up," I meant adding music, so I will not change your level very much. I might add extra lives and other goodies in areas, but only if I deem your level as "too hard." Other than that, your level will stay about the same...

For an added challenge, link objects and groups together to make fun mini puzzles to solve. Also, adding more than one coin, a time limit, and moving enemies will make it more challenging.

If you have any questions, feel free to post here.

So, what are you waiting for? Start creating!

Reviewer Lane / Review- Bio-Hazard by Xploder584
« on: January 13, 2019, 03:47 pm »
Bio-Hazard is a magnificent game with an exciting twist. It is on the Classic Creator, but it is not a simple shooter, it is an extravagant game with complex situations. The game utilizes all aspects of the Classic Creator, and puts itself in a league of it's own.

The object of this game is to capture the flags and the crystals. The objective seems easy, but once the mortars are put in, it is not. These guns shoot you from a distance, making it hard to determine where to dodge these things. To make difficulty harder, magnets are added, pulling the player towards the mortars.

Difficulty and creativity are utilized with perfect balance in this game. Besides those two aspect, there are still more aspects that I really enjoy in this game, though. The placement of walls and obstacles is almost perfect, and it adds to the enjoyment of clearing an area. When nearing a "HotPoly", a player gets a sudden jolt of pressure and nervousness, which adds to the satisfaction of clearing an area.

The use of slight hints helps the player, which keeps the game from becoming too much of an "Impossible Game." These hints, such as; "Uncover the Switches" or "Watch Out!" keep the game from becoming to too monotonous or difficult.

Enemy placement also adds a touch of expertise to this game. The sudden realization of, "There are tanks underneath those blocks!" adds fresh and unexpected twists into the obstacles, keeping this game form being predictable.

What really drives the game home is the use of the Classic Creator's seldom used prefab, the "SwitchPoly." Most games ignore this prefab, while others might use it once or twice. Unlike the bland games, Bio-Hazard uses these tons of times, which helps add to the excitement of the game. It causes you to use your radar to find where to go next, and it keeps the player honest on which way to turn.

Finally, the time limit is what keeps this game from becoming a drag. Time constraints cause pressure and excitement. The time limit in Bio-Hazard is great because it is not so demanding that you have to hurry and not screw up, but it also forces you to keep moving. It leaves room for error, but not too much error.

The atmosphere of this game is amazing. Although I have never beaten the game, the atmosphere and the though behind it keeps me coming for more. I love the use of time limits to cause tension, but also using to empty space to give some relief after completing a hard task.

Creativity: 5/5
Wall and Enemy Placement: 9/10
Atmosphere and general "Good Feelings": 10/10
Completeness: 8/10
Overall: 32/35

I think this game should be featured, and that it should be recognized as a great game. This game is fun, exciting, and challenging. The game is enjoyable, amusing, and downright amazing! I enjoy playing it, so why aren't you also trying to be the first one to beat it? Go play Bio-Hazard!
