I wasn’t angry

Maybe I should have used the word 'frustrated'. We don't deny you for any other reason other than your review wasn't good enough. It can be daunting applying your first few times, I know, but the best thing to do is take our advice and have another go. You don't even have to wait to apply.

He never posted a review, he doesn't have to wait a week.

Oh, right. I forgot about the scenario while typing that. My apologies. In that case, Laughing, just retry whenever. But don't take out your anger about the fact you didn't have a computer accessible to you and consequently wrote a low quality review on my fellow recruiters. Feel free to question things, such as why it may have been denied (if you feel like we haven't given good enough feedback), but recruiters' decisions are final.

You should have some faith in people, and I’m not talking about me. There’s always that one person that’s going to get it right the first time and Idk why you even denied it there was no point

Which is why I said that you should expect to get denied the first few times; I didn't say you definitely would. I've seen people get accepted on their first try firsthand. It does happen, you're right.

I’m not saying I should be one since to be honest I’m not that good at reviewing these kinds of things I’m just trying

Yeah, and you got denied. So that clearly means you have room for improvement. It took me about 15 reviewer applications to get accepted, and now I'm confident in saying my reviews are of at least of a decent quality. The more you practice, the better you'll get. It takes time, and you should expect to be denied on your first few tries, and if you get accepted, then hey, you've outdone yourself. If you take the advice given to you when you're denied, you'll be able to improve on that aspect of your review. I was writing reviews like you once, and now I'm a recruiter. Please consider what I'm saying and don't blow up over being denied. If you really want to become a reviewer, you'll try again in a week. I wish you luck if you choose to do so.

You don't have to be sorry, Ethan. Laughing, you should stop complaining about our decision and retry in a week. Complaining isn't going to get you anywhere, and you may end up being temporarily banned from applying if you continue, because it won't change a thing. Your review wasn't up to scratch, that's that. Quite frankly, we don't care if you were on mobile at the time. We can't have a reviewer who tries to remember a game from a week ago attempting to review it on the main site. Now, stop arguing and either draft up your next review (when you have a computer!) or reapply some other time in the future.

The information there is good your to picky

It's not Ethan being picky, to become a reviewer you need to know how to write a proper review. That's like saying you should become a moderator if you know what 'warn' and 'ban' means.

I think u got use to the sugar that is why :( probably if u try not drinking soft drinks for a week and drink only water that will probably change ;)

I think I did that once, and it was quite a challenge. It was after about a week that I had a fizzy drink and I was hooked again instantly.

Who seasons water

Very valid point. Now we know why Sean's so nutty!

You were just telling me on Discord how you HATE any seasoning on your food... Make your damn mind up.

That's food, a totally different subject! Drinks are different; eating a peach is totally different to drinking peach flavoured water, for example!

Water is delicious, get used to it and you'll be set for life.

So boring... so flavourless...

General / Re: Dentist
« on: April 16, 2019, 06:32 pm »
No worries. She shouldn't be dancing around this, you should confront her about why she keeps changing the subject. Using straws for fizzy drinks will definitely help but for a solution that's more long term and better altogether you really should just change to drinking water. Easier said than done of course but worth it.

Definitely easier said than done. I hate water, unless it's that really rare moment when you're so incredibly thirsty and water is the one thing you want. I also prefer drinks to food, because of the flavour, so I drink them way too much as well. :P

Bite the bullet and go to the dentist. Lay off the fizzy drinks completely as well and replace them with water (drink sparkling if you're hooked on the fizz). Brush after every meal, get an electric toothbrush for best results. It's better to deal with this immediately than to keep your current habits and regret it in what will eventually be your adult life. Best of luck man

Yeah, I've accepted that's what I've got to do. I still haven't told my mom to book it yet, because last time I tried to ask she changed the subject 3 times so I got frustrated and gave up. I'll do that soon, though. But yeah, my dentist told me a couple years ago to start using a straw for my drinks if they're fizzy, so they don't touch my teeth. I haven't stuck to that, and I really should. Thing is, my teeth are at the point where (when I brush) they're so uncomfortable I totally avoid them anyway. It really is much easier said than done, but I'll give it a go. Thanks Fade. <3

I have an opinion I'd share if it wasn't going to be a waste of my time, energy and virtual breath.

It seems like kind of a hard situation, I understand where you're coming from. My teeth haven't always been the greatest either, but I do think it's important to note that the pain will eventually subside and your teeth will begin to heal themselves after the initial pain is over with. Yes, the dentist you see atm isn't the best and that really sucks but waiting could make the damage worse and that can cause the pain to get even worse when you see a dentist who can help you even better and stuff.

I see where you're coming from and I suppose you're right. The pain itself is basically what's making me not want to go specifically so maybe they'd be able to give me some anaesthetic.

Go for it, man. It's better than waiting for your teeth's condition to get worse guaranteed.

I guess. Last year I was on holiday and I remember receiving extremely painful toothaches that lasted for hours and I guess next time that happens it's going to be much worse.

Go, I am pretty sure you'll regret it in the future if you don't. My eye has some really weird red thingy for atleast a decade. The problem is that it's spreading, and it's affecting my eyesight. It could probably occupy the whole eyeball. I am going to get a surgery in a week, as painful as it looks and sounds. Wish I did it earlier right now as it is guranteed that it's going to fix every problem with my eye. Wish you luck too!

Damn, sorry to hear that. You'll be under anaesthetic when it happens, don't worry, I've had an operation before and it was just fine. As for the dentist, I think it's worth a shot asking them for some anesthetic or at the very least some pain relief. Guess it's time to get my mom to book an appointment soon. I hope your operation goes well. :)

Just go, dentist could get fired if it's their fault, and someone finds out, so you could help that ways lol. But in all seriousness, the dentist probably has a master's degree, so just try imo

I mean it's just so much easier said than done. I literally know what pain I'll endure if I go, and it'll probably be worse now. :/

I'm actually posting for some advice.

My teeth are terrible. I'm 17, my mom is 54. Her teeth are in much better condition than mine. I know this is my fault, but it's worth mentioning, because it means that I have to visit the dentist much more frequently than people usually do... however...

I've been avoiding the dentist for almost an entire year now. Last time I went was on July 13th, 2018. I remember this because it was the day of prom. I fear going to the dentist so incredibly much. Yes, it is partly because of how bad my teeth are - last time I went I had what is known as a deep clean, because I don't brush properly apparently (that and I drink way too many fizzy drinks) and I've said this ever since it happened and I still stand by it: it's the most painful thing I have ever experienced so far.

For most people, it's pretty bad, but because of the condition of my teeth, the 5 or so minutes it was going on for felt like a living nightmare. The thing is, I'm not only afraid of going because of that. My dentist is not a good dentist. She once broke my tooth by incorrectly using the tools and said "Oh, you have a hole! Surprise! We need to fill that". I've spoken to my mom about this previously but she doesn't believe that it's the dentist's fault. Not only that, but she refuses to allow me to switch dentists.

I've had a hole that's getting quite big in one of my teeth for about 3 - 4 months now and I really want to get it (and my other teeth) sorted out. But I refuse to go to that particular dentist because, well, I think it's quite clear why. At the same time, I'm also sort of afraid to go, because I'm at the point where it's either I have anaesthetic or I won't have anything done, because I can't deal with that pain again.

Basically, I'm not sure what to do. Should I just... go? Even if that's the best option, I don't know if I'll be able to do it. And if I don't go, my teeth are going to continue to get worse. I could wait until I'm 18 and switch over myself, but that's another 11 months and my teeth will probably be destroyed entirely by then.

Any suggestions?

If I wanted to I could have ended it while crisps were in the lead, but this poll shall remain open. I have absolutely no doubts crisps will be back in the lead in good time.

I was going to say Bricc too, for two reasons: brick is a material in the PPG like grass but also I almost always use default PPG textures (where possible).

i dont have all time fav either since im all changing, body was pretty good XD

I have a lot of my old favourite songs that are really good on my phone, I like to revisit them every now and then.

favourite pop song??

I don't have an all-time favourite because I have a new favourite every few months. :))

Right now, it's definitely So Am I. Before that it was Loud Luxury - Body I think.

so am i is not that bad(Your literally the first person to say a song i know[dawm i cant believe barely anyone knows popular songs])

[song lyrics]

So Am I is a great sequel to Sweet But Psycho (a banger!) in my opinion and it has a really good message behind it too. Yeah I'm the same though, usually when people discuss songs I don't have a clue about them - nice to see someone who knows some pop. :D
