in the Platformer creator, enemies activate other enemies, so push an enemy through a portal and onto other enemies to have them activate far away from the player

I'm reposting what I said since Ethan removed it (He's a boomer, ok);

Splode it, I have some free time, why not?
Most don't have originality, (duh). But some might get some innovative ideas with these things that I'm gonna list, depending on how much they choose to observe the things said/or some of it.

Which is rather good for the coming EGD. ;)

1) You can make the avatar's head invisible
2) You can make tiles invisible & a puzzle sequence where you need to get across invisible platforms & press "R".
3) Enemies, balls, and cars can ride on rollercoasters just like the avatar player.
4) Bats' graphics can be replaced - I don't see many utilize this to its fullest potential. I won't say anything more...
5) Teleportation can be used to make a fully-fledged "time travel" 'concept' game. Hm... I wonder if someone's attempted that before but failed miserably. http://www.sploder.com/publish.php?s=d005htny
6) Sploder plat bosses are possible to make. Decent ones too at that.
7) Even if you splode at making sploder puzzle games, you can still make a solid adventure game that is linear. So long as it's got some decent enemy & hazard placement, and the fact that speedrunning it has some fun to it. Just look at the 'Matty Land' game by Matt for reference.

i have spent the past 8 years thinking the stomp powerup did nothing. yesterday i found out if you stomp next to a stationary grenade it’ll get pushed away from you. i have no use for this information (and i can think of exactly one puzzle that could use it) but wow

Works with a sword too, when you are jumping

Jokes aside, a simple trick I used, that everyone must know.. oof



You can hide gears with invisible graphics to depict flying animation. I filled my Ben 10 game with coasters for no reason and now it paid off. I wanted to make Big Chill and Jetray fly without Jetpack, and this will help

You can also loop fly that way lol
