Imo, the word "easy" isn't fit for the Castle War series what so ever, especially with the first game. Since there are lots of enemies everywhere, mainly in the first one, since it has cheap enemy placements everywhere which makes a lot of things a struggle.

Anyway, please play the remaster and leave feedback. Since your's or anyone's feedback is appreciated.

Right away we'll cross out "Revolution", for that sounds like this game takes place after the original.



That leaves us with three; all of which all good, but which is the best?



I would cross off "revamped", for the other two sound better. And while one may go with "remaster" since, after all, this game is a remaster, calling it that in the title is just too on the nose.



That leaves us with "reincarnated". Yes, "reincarnated" is the best one to go with. Why?



Because it sounds the coolest!

Haven't you read the thread? It's a remaster of my first game. I'm supposed to be limited by a lot of the original acids. Otherwise, it destroys the entire point of making a remaster. If I change a lot of the acids then I'm basically creating a remake, which destroys the entire point of a remaster.

Edit: I meant assets and not acids, lol

Explain to me then how I'm supposed to change the scenery then. All while I stay true to Castle War 1's original atmosphere?? I'm all for change but I don't see a way to do it unless you provide actual proof.

It's a fun concept, but I've made an official rule that only my arcade games can be META. My plats & remasters cannot be meta since I don't like that idea.

New features:

-Level 1's level layout has been changed to be larger.
-Level 1's level layout has been changed to feel more like the original layout from 2014.
-To fix the criticism toward the graphics I have changed several textures on level 2. Not only to make it look more appealing but also to make it look separate from level 1.


These are by no means major changes. However, that is because I'm extremely busy with school. And so that is why I could only MAINLY update the graphics and haven't had time to reflect on any significant gameplay changes.
