"Stuck" Tournaments
« on: February 17, 2019, 11:10 am »
This triggers me... Someone playing the bleeping tournament, passes the next round AND DOES NOT RETURN TO FINISH THE SPLODING 2ND ROUND! A kick MUST be implemented in the tournaments, because it's frustrating actually... I already have 3 stuck tournaments:
http://www.sploder.com/games/tournaments/all/3960/random/
http://www.sploder.com/games/tournaments/all/4055/sploder-dash-grand-prix-2/ The first one
http://www.sploder.com/games/tournaments/all/4058/sploder-dash-grand-prix-3/ And the newest one I have made...

I may have 2 solutions... 1- Do Not Play the tournament UNLESS you want to continue until the end.
2- For the people who play tournaments and plan on continue playing it, Do your best to get a better score. So these trolls dont go to round 2 or 3 and never come back to play the tournament.

Eh, I'm stuck on a tournament in which nobody else has played. As of now, it is also the only tournament I am taking part in. It does frustrate me. If it were possible, I'd suggest that Geoff simply comes up with something that automatically deletes a tournament if nobody has played in it for a month.

Yea, could work too, but I prefer the Kick command to simply auto-kick the person who doesn't play the tournament for 1 week

Good observation, but then I said auto kick. I agree that the host of the tournament can't kick, but the tournament itself can. If the player was inactive in the tournament for 7 days, then the tournament will kick it

I think it should auto kick a person after a while and let the next best person into that round.
This person is really cool!
