Problem in the Plat Maker

When I zoom out in the creator, this happens.

See how it's in a certain pattern? Well, look here.

It's the same pattern. I am using a darker version of that graphic for the BackWalls. The color hex codes match depending on where they are. On the first screenshot, see how parts are lighter? The light parts are tiles and the dark parts are BackWalls. I do not understand this at all.
NOTE: In the second screenshot, the problem did not vanish. In the first screenshot, the problem affected all but a small area on the left of the level. In the second screenshot, it moved further to the right as I zoomed in, so it simply moved out of the camera's range. If I zoom out, it happens again. It will be nearly impossible to manage moving EventLinks for BurstTiles and other things like moving tiles. It does not affect:
1. The player
2. Enemies
3. Hoverships
4. TalkNPCs
5. Ladders
6. Doors
7. Torches/Lights
8. Inscriptions
Anything else I have not tried putting in my game.
