Leafy's Review Thread
« on: June 11, 2013, 11:07 pm »
I'll review stuff for you kiddos. If I feel like your game provides enough material for a  MS review, it will probably on the MS review page (redundant much, Leafy?). Be sure to check out the queue, because this stuff takes a while.

Queue: 3/3
Throwback Thursday reviews are also a part of this. Just submit an old classic of yours (at least 9 months old), and I'll check it out.

Magnificent placement and incorporation of puzzles. I like the element of the darkness, leaving the actions of the player unknown. I like the puzzles where the character's dimensions were incorporated, especially the small tunnels where the player had to maneuver underneath the logs in a nearly impossible situation. The game was carefully crafted, but yet somewhat felt familiar. I've played many games constructed in similar ways to this one, but the small pieces shined out to me.

*I didn't really get too far into the game so I gave you a forum review, would've been a MS review if I did better.

May 7th 2012? Yeah, a year or so old.
It's one of my classics since I've got some positive feedback.

After I get the grenades, I always get stuck trying to hit the switch with the grenades.

That's what you think you do.  ;)

Don't worry, I'm making a walkthrough.

BioHaz is a very good game, but it isn't great with all due respect. In the beginning, the puzzles aren't so tricky due to average placement. It seemed like it was more focused towards symmetrical patterns and appearance than the actual gameplay. The placement in the beginning was kind of average. The game got better towards the end, but overall the game wasn't anything super outstanding.

What do you think about this?
Tell me if you need the walkthrough, I didn't want to share it the description, but it exists. (In the walkthrough, I failed the boss battle, but it's possible too)
