Moving Graphics

Right Now, I am building an extremely detailed & action packed physics game. I made 4 layers, but it won't move as a graphic. Why Not?

Yes. I found out that you use the frames at the bottom, but they aren't accessible to me for some reason. I can't make a new frame.

60x60 graphics don't support animation.
