Honestly, Valve. You rarely have to do work because you make games for fun there. If it is good enough, they will sell it. So all you do is have fun there, unless you think making games wasn't that entertaining.

Sucker Punch, Bethesda is actually attainable for me right now though.  I've been workin with their job seeking peeps and have made contact and in 2 years they say I can interview for a position.
