1.  The working class ~ Slaves who are killed if they step out of line and are paid no money at all whatsoever.

2.  The soldiers ~Are paid to do service and eliminated if they are rebelious

3.  Goverment officials, Doctors, Scientists~ are paid a lot and focus solely on there research and are eliminated if they fail.
