How do I get a different coloured name

On the side bar for users online. You know how people like youngcaliman have purple names how do you do that is it based on rank?

Yeah, it rank-based. I can't tell you everything because I only know some of them. Luitenant is purple. General is blue. Sky god is white.

LT- Purple (used to be green)
admin- red
Lone wolf enterprises- Maroon
Gold team- Yellow
sky god- White
Privates- yellow
