Soul Silver is pretty fun, I preferred Platinum though.

I've never tried the Megaman games, are they any good?

BECAUSE I DON'T PLAY THOSE GAMES ON HANDHELDS.

SoulSilver was cheaper, and I prefer Johto to whatever Platinum is.

I LOVE Megaman. Especially the BattleNetwork series. I've beaten all the BattleNetwork games up to 2008 or so. Starforce is pretty fun, but the Advanced ones are good as well.

Well, for one, Empoleon came from Platinum

And, Johto is still pretty good as well, it really depends on how you play the game. I found that they region's trainers weren't good enough for the area you are in, so training was pure hell. What Pokemon do you plan on picking up?

I've heard Megaman can get a bit repetitive on the older games, I may look into it however =3

Cyndaquil, don't care about anything else. I've always been able to beat the game with one or two pokemon fairly easily. Flygon looks fun though.

It's repetitive, and can get tiresome. But it's really fun :p

I like to train a full team of 6, but I guess we have our different styles.

Cyndaquil is boss, but the other two are fairly decent as well. Flygon isn't in that game until post game fyi. The game is too easy IMO, I spent like two hours training a Dragonair to Level 45. Two words "Pure-Hell"

Anyway, good luck on playing through the game. Megaman looks fairly interesting. There are a lot of them though, I don't know where to begin xD

Beat Silver and Crystal with Totodile, so it's time for some Cyndaquilz0rz.

Any Battle Network game is fun ^^ I like Starforce a lot.

I've played a lot of Pokemon in my day, so of course. I generally just raise cool looking pokemon, don't care much for types. I've gotten a nice team of legendaries before.

I never liked using legendaries because I always looked forward to evolving my pokemon, but they were pretty good. I like to raise a more strategic team that still looked pretty cool. But yeah, evolving my Pokemon is one of the things I look forward to when playing.

Soul Silver is pretty fun, I preferred Platinum though.

I've never tried the Megaman games, are they any good?
SoulSilver was cheaper, and I prefer Johto to whatever Platinum is.

I LOVE Megaman. Especially the BattleNetwork series. I've beaten all the BattleNetwork games up to 2008 or so. Starforce is pretty fun, but the Advanced ones are good as well.

Well, for one, Empoleon came from Platinum

And, Johto is still pretty good as well, it really depends on how you play the game. I found that they region's trainers weren't good enough for the area you are in, sotrainingwas pure hell. What Pokemon do you plan on picking up?

This^ I managed to beat every region with my starter, though it was hard.
It's pretty easy imo, just need some revives.

xDDDD

Anyway, thanks.

Have you ever done a full team of 6, or have you always done a full run of the game with one pokemon?
I've played a lot of Pokemon in my day, so of course. I generally just raise cool looking pokemon, don't care much for types. I've gotten a nice team of legendaries before.

I never liked using legendaries because I always looked forward to evolving my pokemon, but they were pretty good. I like to raise a more strategic team that still looked pretty cool. But yeah, evolving my Pokemon is one of the things I look forward to when playing.
I don't care much for evolving unless I really like what evolves into :p

I love me some Suicune, Lugia and Rayquaza :D

Get pokemon ranger (the first one) and some pokemon mystery dungon games. Oh, and pokemon white or black.

What color is your original DS? My cousin got one for one of her birthdays in 2004 or 2005. It was blue, or kinda purple.

Mine was black.
I sold it to get an Xbox because I'm only aloud to have two consoles(plus the games I have on PC).

Cool, I have a DS lite (crimson red with black on the bottom) with a nerf case. I used to have a plain white one until my brother stole it and dropped it on the sidewalk multiple times. =/

Lol, good times. I remember in Emerald, catching a Lv70 Raquaza with the master ball after I got the eighth gym badge and then just mopping the floor with the elite four xD

Emerald was my favorite.
I would only train one pokemon (my starter) for the entire game and completely demolish the Elite Four with a level 80+ starter.

Same with me, I was younger and lazy and didn't want to work for a full party. xD

It was hard using Sceptile though...
